Q: What's the turn around time for the custom printed paper bags?

  A: samples lead time : 5 days; production lead time : 10 – 25 days after artwork approved and deposit paid, which depends on the quantity.

Q: What is the artwork format requirement?

  A: We prefer the "Adobe illustrator", "Coreldraw", "Freehand" or "Photoshop" file with minimum 300 dpi.

Q: Can I get the pre-production sample before the production?

  A: Yes, we can provide the sample before production. But set up fee required, which will be refunded after order confirmed; if place order directly, no set up fee required.

Q: What’s the payment term ?

  A: Our standard payment term is 30% deposit TT in advance, 70% balance TT confirmed before shipment; Paypal, and Western Union acceptable for small amount less than 500USD.
